About these image tools
Every image tool on this page runs entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. When you drag an image into one of the tools, it is read into your browser's memory, processed locally, and the result is offered as a download. At no point does your image travel across the internet to any server. This makes the tools fast, private, and free — there are no server costs to pass on to you.
The Canvas API is built into every modern browser and supports reading, manipulating, and encoding images in JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. All three formats are supported as both input and output across the tools on this page. For batch operations, the tools bundle multiple output files into a single ZIP archive using the open-source JSZip library.
