We read every message and respond to as many as we can. Whether you found a bug, have a feature request, want to report an issue with advertising on the site, or just want to say hello — please get in touch.
General inquiries

What to include in your message
- For bug reports: the tool name, the file you tried to process (size and type), your browser and operating system, and a description of what happened. Screenshots help.
- For feature requests: a description of what you'd like the tool to do, and the use case it would solve. We prioritize features with the broadest user benefit.
- For advertising or partnership inquiries: please include your company, what you're proposing, and any relevant links.
- For privacy or data questions: please read our Privacy Policy first — most common questions are answered there. If you still need help, email us.
Response time
We aim to respond to every message within 5 business days. Bug reports that affect many users are prioritized. Feature requests are tracked but may take longer to get a personal response — please don't take it personally, we just get a lot of them.
Report an issue with advertising
If you see an advertisement on this site that is misleading, malicious, or otherwise violates our advertising policies, please report it to tensogroup062@gmail.com with a screenshot and a description of the issue. We take ad quality seriously and will investigate every report.
Please note: we cannot provide individual support for files processed with the tools. Because all processing happens in your browser, we never see your files — which means we also cannot recover them if something goes wrong. Always keep backups of important documents.
